The share of ICT specialists with a tertiary level of educational attainment increased during the most recent decade for which data are available, rising from 60.0% in 2015 to 68.8% in 2025; in other words, the share of ICT specialists that had a high level of educational attainment rose by 8.8 pp in the decade 2015-2025.
