ICT services share of business enterprise R&D expenditure

Most countries showed a dominance of ICT services in R&D, especially Cyprus (57.6%) and Malta (50.5%), while Finland and Austria stood out as countries in which ICT manufacturing played a greater role (20.0% and 18.1%, respectively, versus 9.0% and 7.7% for services, respectively).
